Access Management Senior Solutions Engineer (PING)

Gentis Solutions is seeking an Access Management Senior Solutions Engineer (PING) to join our team. This contract-to-hire position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time flex/remote consultants. Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 3 years of experience as a technology Lead of IDP and IAM related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification
• In-depth knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication, SiteMinder (if available), LDAP, SCIM, e-directory and other relevant technologies
• Strong background in Ping One and experience with Ping DaVinci
• Experience with automation tools and technologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of security standards and policies such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR

Desirable Skills

• Ping, and Azure certifications preferred
• ISC2, GIAC or other industry certifications preferred

Typical Duties

• Design, implement and maintain identity and access management solutions using Ping One, Ping Davinci, Ping Access with: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication, experience migrating off of CA SiteMinder (if available), LDAP, SCIM, e-directory, and other relevant technologies
• Lead accelerated access management, identity provider and IAM-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of IDP and IAM projects
• Evaluate and recommend new IDP and IAM technologies and solutions that will help meet business needs
• Ensure compliance with company and industry security standards and policies
• Implement automation to streamline and improve identity management processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues
