Telecom Analyst

Requirements

• 5+ years of work-related experience required
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong experience (3+ years) of Tangoe TEM software and billing systems (Concur preferred)
• Senior level experience in carrier contract management
• Senior level experience in managing billing tools for an enterprise scaled business (over 400 branch offices)
• Ability to work independently
• Advanced problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and document process billing and auditing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Typical Duties

• Helps negotiates and influences contracts with outside vendors, and manages EB products and billing according to those contracts (TEM, Concur)
• Manages TEM inventory and services according to business customer requirements, constraints, and deadlines
• Responsible for monthly invoice analysis, validation and submission for approval on telecom invoices
• Performs invoice analysis to identify errors, discrepancies and opportunities for savings
• Reconcile telecom inventory to invoicing
• Responsible for recognizing/identifying opportunities to optimize spend and savings
• Responsible for reporting related to TEM (monthly Telecom Summary Report includes monthly spend, late fees, monthly invoices processed, etc.) and trends
• Auditing IT Telecom/VIP OnSite Invoices for accuracy (totals, cost centers, GL Coding, etc.)
• Project coordinates some large TEM account audits (over 400 plus locations and 600+ accounts) that may require the coordination of procuring, disconnecting, and auditing of carrier services
• Collaboration with AP, GL, Treasury and Technology teams with billing reconciliation
• Must be able to coordinate, communicate, and work within the Infrastructure Team, the EB Technology Team, other EB Departments, as well as 3rd party vendors for project management, issue resolution, and support
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
• Responsible for coding of all IT invoices for Technology within the Concur platform
• Assist the team with projects as needed
