Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, finance, accounting or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in digital analytics and eCommerce with a mid to large sized multi-channel retailer
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics implementation, reporting and analysis
  • 3 years of experience building, managing and developing a team of direct reports or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of structured query language (SQL)
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics and Power BI
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to discuss quantitative findings in easy-to-understand terms with digital and non-digital stakeholders

Typical Duties

  • Supervise and coach a seasoned team of digital analyst in the performance of their duties
  • Develop and implement measurement framework and identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple data sources and channels to measure use, digital product engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with data scientist, customer insight, product management, and customer loyalty and marketing teams to define goals and strategies for measuring activities by digital customers
  • Identify opportunities for A/B and multivariate testing and implement measurement framework to quickly test and learn across web, e-mail, mobile, and other digital assets
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for digital and associate channel use and engagement in total at the customer/associate segment level
  • Create and execute plans for generating insights into customer and associate digital behaviors and trends to determine digital strategies, provide guidance for product management and user experience, and evaluate the effect of customer loyalty and marketing programs
  • Guide the development teams' implementation of analytics by defining metrics, actions, and events to be collected and validating data post-implementation
