Product Coach

Gentis Solutions is seeking a Product Coach for a full-time position with a Fortune 50 company. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced understanding of identifying metrics/key performance measures and using data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated success through the delivery of new/evolving customer-facing technology products
• Experience as a Product Coach or in a role that requires influencing others (not just an individual contributor)
• Experience in managing product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products
• Experience as a product manager in an Agile Software Engineering environment using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methods
• Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
  
• Excellent oral/written communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Understanding of product management and defining product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs that led to the definition and delivery of impactful user experiences
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience using Atlassian products (Jira)
• Experience writing User Stories and managing Product Backlog
