Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in AD serving and recommender engines
  • Product roadmaps and delivery with customer-centric focus
  • Data analytics experience
  • Understanding of software, architecture, data and machine learning best practices
  • Understanding of various machine learning branches, such as supervised learning and unsupervised learning
  • Good understanding of various mathematical and statistical concepts such as regression.
  • Great understanding of data science and machine learning lifecycles
  • Understanding of AB testing and iterative improvements

  • PowerBI

  • Understanding of Python, R, APIs, JSON

Typical Duties

  • Create detailed product now/next/later roadmaps with a focus on metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams on balancing multiple priorities to work on delivering various AI/ML/Data Science driven solutions
  • Work with software engineering and machine learning teams to continually iterate and improve models
  • Take ownership of the product and ensure delivery of features and the entire product under tight deadlines
  • Be an active part in team scrum activities including planning, retrospective, and prioritization
  • Weed out biases while testing new data to develop better product functionality
  • Decide and manage tradeoffs based on data
  • Evaluate what metrics need to be tracked to improve machine learning models
  • Identify new business opportunities that can utilize AI/ML technology to drive increased customer engagement & revenue
