UIX UX Designer

Gentis Solutions is seeking a UIX UX Designer to join our team. This contract position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time consultants. The ideal candidates will have the required skills listed below and will be eligible and open to being hired by our client at the end of the project's duration. Typical Duties

• User research
• Heuristic evaluations and recommendations within the third-party software
• Usability testing planning and execution
• Working in an agile environment
• Inform and influence organizational change efforts
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Scrum, Quality and third-party vendor company
• User discovery and need analysis
• Usability testing
• User stories and requirements with cross-functional team
• Inform Organizational Change Management of user insights
