Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of employees
  • 10-KeyProficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, etc.)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Ability to analyze documents, data and programs and provide continuous improvement
  • Multi-tasking, great organizational skills, and work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values Physical Requirements: Office and plant environment
  • Ability to access offices within the plant
  • Sitting for long periods of time

  • Filing and bending

Typical Duties

  • Data entry for product run logs and spreadsheets, contamination reports, and production reports
  • Follows all Safety, Environmental, and Quality related policies and helps to promote a positive and ethical work environment
  • Convey information both professionally and concisely
  • Maintain records retention and data entry
  • Track manufacturing inspections and other similar department document requirements
  • Completion of Truck and Rail paperwork
  • Aid in PolicyTech document management
  • Review, scan and file department paperwork
  • Ensure accurate Facility production and inventory metrics and investigate accordingly
  • Supplier Management Program
