About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and analytically sharp SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Lahore. In this role, you will own the search engine optimization strategy end-to-end — from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimization and link building. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform thorough technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and structured data markup.
  • Create and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all written content is SEO-optimized without sacrificing quality.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Track algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
  • Manage and optimize local SEO presence including Google Business Profile listings.
  • Develop and implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and organic downloads across app marketplaces.
  • Optimize content and digital assets for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
  • Present monthly performance reports with insights, observations, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure SEO, ASO, and GEO best practices are embedded in new website features, blog posts, product pages, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions for competitive keywords.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
    Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO), including app keyword research, listing optimization, app ranking factors, and performance tracking.
    Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and strategies for improving content visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
