Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven AI Sales Specialist / Growth Sales Lead who can combine sales expertise with modern AI tools and automation to build scalable revenue systems. This role goes beyond traditional sales — you will design, test, and optimize end-to-end sales processes using AI and data-driven strategies.

You will work closely with leadership to drive growth, improve efficiency, and unlock new acquisition channels through experimentation and automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Sales System Development

  • Design and build end-to-end AI-powered sales funnels (lead generation outreach conversion)
  • Automate repetitive sales processes using AI and no-code/low-code tools
  • Develop scalable outbound and inbound sales workflows
  • Continuously refine messaging using AI-assisted personalization

2. Multi-Channel Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
    • Cold calling (where required)
  • Use AI tools to personalize communication at scale
  • Build and maintain lead databases using enrichment tools
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs)

3. Tool Stack Management & Automation

  • Implement and manage tools such as:
    • CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
    • Outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake)
    • Automation tools (Zapier, Make)
    • Data tools (Clay, Clearbit)
  • Create automated workflows to reduce manual effort and increase output
  • Integrate multiple tools into a seamless sales ecosystem

4. Experimentation & Optimization

  • Run A/B tests on:
    • Email copy
    • Subject lines
    • Call scripts
    • Landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and strategies

5. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to track:
    • Lead generation performance
    • Conversion rates
    • Pipeline health
  • Use data insights to make strategic decisions
  • Forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities

6. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with founders, marketing, and recruitment teams
  • Align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer behavior
  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Growth, or Business Development
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms)
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales systems
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving and experimental approach

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in SaaS, Recruitment, or Tech-driven industries
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Phantombuster)
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms
  • Understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys
  • Prior experience building systems from scratch

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Revenue growth and pipeline generation
  • Lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close conversion rates
  • Outreach efficiency (reply rates, open rates, CTR)
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Automation impact (time saved, processes optimized)

  • Set up and optimize a scalable AI-powered outreach system
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads

  • Identify at least 2–3 new growth channels or strategies
