Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer- SaaS Platform (Real Estate Tech)

Compensation: $2,000 - $4,000 per month (performance-based level increases)

Working Hours: US Time Zone (Night Shift in Pakistan)

What Youll Do

• Build and scale high-performance, pixel-perfect UIs that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and top-tier Lighthouse scores.
• Use React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and component libraries to develop reusable and scalable UI components.
• Manage complex state logic and implement real-time data updates using tools like Zustand, Redux, and React Query.
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure efficient and seamless API integrations.
• Contribute to and guide the front-end roadmap, keeping the stack aligned with evolving performance demands.
• Push boundaries in UI/UX, striking a balance between function, beauty, and efficiency.
• Collaborate in-office every other day to brainstorm, build, and launch exceptional products.
