About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of our finance systems. This dual role requires both deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules and strong project management capabilities to deliver scalable finance solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SME for Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management), overseeing configuration, rollout, testing, and support activities.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, covering all four phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure on-time, in-scope, and quality delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Manage Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful testing and deployment.
  • Drive implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities by gathering business requirements, designing system architecture, and overseeing configuration and UAT.
  • Identify gaps in current Oracle Fusion Finance functionalities and recommend enhancements or custom solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users; ensure effective post-go-live support structures are in place.
  • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to promote adoption of Oracle solutions and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Lead and facilitate project governance meetings including SteerCo, weekly reviews, and ad hoc stakeholder engagements.
  • Oversee development and deployment of financial reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
  • Validate system design and configurations and manage data import/load processes for master and transactional data.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in finance systems implementation and support, with 8+ years specifically in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Completed at least two full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion, covering all project phases.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, with experience in both core financial modules and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex finance projects.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of how IT solutions can enable and transform finance operations.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution.
