Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with strong expertise in WooCommerce to join our tech team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance e-commerce websites, customizing themes and plugins, and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites with WooCommerce integration.

• Customize themes, plugins, and templates to meet project requirements.

• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness.

• Implement secure payment gateways, cart, and checkout functionalities.

• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional websites.

• Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks.

• Set up and manage product catalogs, filters, variations, shipping options, and taxes.

Requirements:

• Proficient in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• Knowledge of website optimization tools and techniques.

• Experience in plugin development and customization is a plus.

• Version control (Git) experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• SEO and performance optimization experience.

• Knowledge of API integrations.

• Experience with multilingual and multi-currency WooCommerce setups.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce CMS is a bonus.
