About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience in managing complex HCM projects, providing expert solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, implementation, testing, and go-live, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the agreed timeline.
  • Provide expert solutions for the Oracle Fusion HCM modules in the implementation scope.
  • Facilitate regular SteerCo meetings, weekly meetings, and other ad-hoc meetings to ensure project alignment, track progress, and resolve issues.
  • Lead the implementation team, guiding them through requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify functional gaps in the HCM product and propose solutions to improve efficiency, driving new initiatives as needed.
  • Facilitate end-user training, troubleshooting, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and operational continuity.
  • Assist the HCM team in mapping and streamlining business practices to align with Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
  • Lead the development and deployment of reports and dashboards, working with business partners to ensure the delivered solution meets user needs.
  • Drive the adoption and user satisfaction of Oracle Fusion HCM by closely collaborating with HR business partners.
  • Provide technical validation of designs and configurations, ensuring they meet business and system requirements.
  • Import, load, and validate master and transactional data within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in requirement gathering, scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles (initiation, planning, implementation, and hypercare) for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A strong understanding of how Information Technology can drive business transformation.
  • A degree in Engineering from a recognized university/college.
