Role Overview

This is a cross-functional generalist role spanning operations, growth, sales, marketing, and product. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive execution — from fixing broken processes to launching new initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes end-to-end ownership, and enjoys building structure where none exists.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and improve internal workflows
• Work across growth initiatives, including partnerships, sales funnels, and experiments
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on launches and optimization

• Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements

• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and iteration

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or growth roles

• Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity

• Ability to execute independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Bonus: Experience working with early-stage startups
