You will work closely with senior stakeholders while independently owning workstreams, running experiments, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & External Relationships

  • Bring structure to commercial discussions, track decisions, and document terms and learnings
  • Build strong working relationships with partners through clear communication and data-backed recommendations

Commercial Thinking & Unit Economics

  • Build simple models to analyze unit economics (cost drivers, partner exposure, cost per active user, retention impact, ROI)
  • Evaluate monetization and sustainability pathways such as revenue share, subscriptions, pricing models, and co-funded services
  • Identify commercial risks early and propose practical solutions

  • Translate pilot learnings into clear, actionable recommendations

Growth & Usage (MAUs)

  • Lead initiatives to increase Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and engagement
  • Drive growth initiatives across channels including SMS, voice, outbound calling, partner promotions, and offline pathways
  • Improve outreach effectiveness through targeting, messaging, timing, and channel optimization
  • Analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Design and manage focused experiments with clear hypotheses, budgets, metrics, and decision frameworks

Execution & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain execution trackers, weekly updates, decision logs, and risk flags
  • Align internal and external stakeholders on priorities and timelines

  • Prepare and gradually lead partner working sessions with clear objectives and decision outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment with overall strategy

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development,
Commercial, Growth, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Product-focused business roles
  • Strong ability to work with ambiguity and create structure

  • Comfortable working with numbers and building simple financial/commercial models
  • Experience managing external stakeholders (partners, clients, vendors)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

  • Interest in technology, scale, and impact-driven growth

Telecom experience is a plus but not mandatory.
