Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, driven, and commercially minded Partnerships & Growth Manager to support the scaling of a mobile-first service in Pakistan.
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, growth, and commercial problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with ambiguity, structuring real-world problems, collaborating with partners, using data to guide decisions, and driving execution end-to-end.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders while independently owning workstreams, running experiments, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & External Relationships
- Own key partner workstreams including meeting preparation, agenda setting, follow-ups, action tracking, and delivery
- Support the design and execution of partner pilots and joint initiatives (co-branded services, joint campaigns, distribution partnerships)
- Bring structure to commercial discussions, track decisions, and document terms and learnings
- Build strong working relationships with partners through clear communication and data-backed recommendations
Commercial Thinking & Unit Economics
- Build simple models to analyze unit economics (cost drivers, partner exposure, cost per active user, retention impact, ROI)
- Evaluate monetization and sustainability pathways such as revenue share, subscriptions, pricing models, and co-funded services

Identify commercial risks early and propose practical solutions

Translate pilot learnings into clear, actionable recommendations
Growth & Usage (MAUs)
- Lead initiatives to increase Monthly Active Users (MAUs) and engagement
- Drive growth initiatives across channels including SMS, voice, outbound calling, partner promotions, and offline pathways
- Improve outreach effectiveness through targeting, messaging, timing, and channel optimization
- Analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies
- Design and manage focused experiments with clear hypotheses, budgets, metrics, and decision frameworks
Execution & Internal Coordination
- Maintain execution trackers, weekly updates, decision logs, and risk flags

Align internal and external stakeholders on priorities and timelines
- Prepare and gradually lead partner working sessions with clear objectives and decision outcomes
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment with overall strategy
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development,
Commercial, Growth, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Product-focused business roles -
Strong ability to work with ambiguity and create structure
- Comfortable working with numbers and building simple financial/commercial models

Experience managing external stakeholders (partners, clients, vendors)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

Interest in technology, scale, and impact-driven growth
Telecom experience is a plus but not mandatory.
