Role Overview
GenZ Talent is looking for a talented Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing videos for social media, marketing campaigns, training content, and client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a creative eye, and the ability to turn raw footage into compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancements to improve video quality.

Understand project briefs and translate ideas into polished video content.

Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop video concepts.

Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style.

Organize and manage video files, footage, and project assets efficiently.

Stay updated with new editing trends, tools, and techniques to keep content modern and engaging.

Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements

13 years of video editing experience (agency or marketing experience is a plus).

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations (Adobe After Effects is a plus).

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual composition.

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work.
