Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of custom solutions within the Sterling OMS framework.
• Implement enhancements, modifications, and new features to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Sterling OMS with other enterprise systems, third-party applications, and external APIs.
• Develop and maintain interfaces to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Customize and configure Sterling OMS components to align with business processes.
• Implement changes to workflows, business rules, and order processing logic.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for designs, configurations, and code changes.
• Proficient in Java, J2EE, XML, and related technologies.
• Hands on Sterling OMS Developer.
• Think out of the box to provide solutions to commerce related issues.
• Domain knowledge on Order Management, Retail, eComm.
• Good understanding of Sterling environment setup.
• Good to Work independently, Design, Build, Develop, Test, Client Facing, Strong Written and verbal Communication.

Must have skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sterling OMS Developer, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Sterling OMS architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with integrations with REST.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
