Junior ICT Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Junior ICT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The incumbent of the position shall be Responsible and Accountable for the following:

1. Helpdesk Services such as but not limited: PC/Desktop/Laptop Related Services; Printers, Scanners and other PC Peripherals Related Services; Software and Operating Systems; IP-PBX Telephony Hardware and Services; CCTV Hardware, Software Application and Services; Preventive Maintenance Services; and other Related Services and Functions.
2. Manage, Maintain and Administer ICT Infrastructure Technologies and perform related service tickets
3. Manage, Maintain and Administer ICT Security Technologies and perform related service tickets
4. Provide Technology Reports based on the Assigned Technology Specialization and Customer Satisfaction Evaluation
5. Provide Accurate Technical Documentation of Implementations, Resolutions, Researches and technical Items Related to ICT
6. Other functions such as: Innovation; Research and Development (attends free Trainings, Seminars, Recommends New Technologies, Tests New Software and Hardware and Related); Conduct Key Learning Programs; Conduct training and knowledge transfer on new technologies

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelors/College Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology (IT)
  
• At least 2-3 years Hands-on Experience on the following: Helpdesk Services; ICT Infrastructure Management, ICT Security; ICT Systems Management; Technical and Technology Reporting/Analysis; Technical Writing and Documentation; Business Analysis; Strategic Planning; Project Management, and Crisis/Risk Management Compliance
