JOB DESCRIPTION

Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is looking for a talented Marketing Technology Specialist who will: A) Support digital marketing and growth objectives by ensuring the company website is accurate, secure, on-brand, and optimized for visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms; B) Strengthen online discoverability by applying SEO and AI optimization best practices that help prospective customers and AI systems easily find, understand, and reference the company's products and services; C) Maintain a reliable and high-performing digital presence by overseeing routine website maintenance, basic security practices, and health monitoring, and coordinating with technical partners as needed; D) Enable effective digital engagement by improving website structure, navigation, and content performance, using AI driven marketing and analytics tools to guide users toward relevant information and clear actions; E) Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging marketing technologies, SEO practices, and AI capabilities to improve digital experience, content clarity, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content aligned with approved messaging, brand, and partner standards.
  • Publish partner related updates following governance and approval workflows.
  • Perform routine website maintenance including CMS and plugin updates, link checks, and QA audits.
  • Monitor website uptime, page speed, and technical performance.
  • Support basic security practices including SSLs, backups, and updates.
  • Coordinate with technical teams or vendors to resolve issues.
  • Optimize pages using on-page SEO best practices.
  • Structure and refine content for AI-driven search and answer platforms.
  • Analyze visitor behavior using AI enabled analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product team, and partners on content and
    website updates.
  • Research and propose new MarTech, SEO, and AI enhancements.
  • Implement approved improvements and track impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
    Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and updating website content using a CMS (WordPress or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience applying SEO best practices to improve website visibility and content performance
  • Experience or strong familiarity with AI-enabled marketing, analytics, or content optimization tools
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns, website optimization, or online user journeys
