About the job Facilities Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations (building, utilities, housekeeping, security)
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
  • Handle space planning, office layout, and workplace improvements
  • Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Respond to facility-related issues and resolve them quickly
  • Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures
  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, water, AC, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in facilities management or operations
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
  • Good vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
