  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct negotiations with customers to close sales effectively.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle international or global customers with cultural sensitivity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, specifically through voice support.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and negotiation with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience handling international or global customers is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during UK working hours on a roster basis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
