Product Compliance Analyst

Product Governance & Reviews

• Assist with Product Reviews, Target Market Assessments and Fair Value Assessments.
• Support the assessment of new and existing products in line with the Product Governance framework.
• Review customer documentation and sales journeys to ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Maintain product review schedules, documentation, and action logs across the product portfolio.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Develop reports and dashboards to support Product Reviews and Fair Value Assessments.
• Gather and validate key data inputs to support governance reporting requirements.
• Analyse complex data sets to identify performance trends, outcomes, and value insights.
• Provide analytical commentary and insights during annual product review cycles.

Governance Expertise

• Act as a subject matter resource on governance metrics, data requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure alignment with Consumer Duty outcomes and relevant FCA rules (PROD, FCA Handbook).

Requirements

• Understanding of the UK regulatory environment including FCA Handbook, PROD and Consumer Duty.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to build, format, and present governance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational discipline.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  

Desirable

• Experience in governance, compliance, product oversight or risk disciplines within financial services.
• Knowledge or experience within insurance product lifecycle.
• Certificate in Insurance desirable but not essential.
