Business Analyst (Banking & Finance Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Identify inefficiencies within workflows and propose optimized solutions.
• Create clear and detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
• Prepare technical documentation and develop workflow diagrams for solution design.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent documentation skills, including preparation of technical documents and workflow guides.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in business process modeling.
• Familiarity with UML and ability to interpret technical models.
• Hands-on experience with Figma/AI tools for workflow diagrams, UI mock-ups, and workflow animation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
