Lead Gen AI Engineer

• Design and develop scalable, API-based solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, integration, and design-related issues.
  Conduct experiments to evaluate and adopt new LLM models, features, and capabilities.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI solutions.
• Handle data ingestion and transformation for both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate closely with GenAI Architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver backlog requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in AI solution development.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analytics or as a senior developer within modern technology stacks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, or Java.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, PaLM, Claude, Cohere) via API endpoints.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based solution design.
• Experience with agent-based AI frameworks such as LangChain.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data engineering and ETL tools is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with Agentic AI implementations
