Senior Project Manager

• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and integration
• Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects
• Manage project resources and ensure efficient allocation and utilization
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements

• 15+ Years in Project management / Program Management.
• Project Delivery management: Experience in Planning, tracking, execution of development project
• Experience in managing Risk/Issues in the project
• Ability to do forecasting, handle project financials, contract preparation
• Conversant with PM tools usage (MPP, TFS / Jira, etc.)
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Should have handled team size of 50+ members
• Managing all offshore operations, coordinating/interacting with various business unit to complete business objective
• Ability to interact with Client stakeholders and create an impact
