About the job Deputy Head of Adventure
- Oversee assigned park zones to ensure operational readiness, safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations across all adventure activities.
- Assist in staff scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Conduct daily briefings, safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
- Manage duty rosters, attendance, and maintain discipline among operational staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations and international safety standards.
- Deliver high-quality guest experiences from arrival to departure, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee maintenance of adventure equipment and safety gear, coordinating repairs, replacements, and inventory control.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor adventure, recreation, or similar operational environments.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and relevant safety training.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard safety systems and operational procedures.
