Business Analyst

• Gather and analyze requirements for new Transaction Banking integrations by coordinating closely with business users and clients.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Liaise with the Development team to assess technical feasibility and define appropriate solution approaches.
• Prepare comprehensive System Requirements Specifications (SRS), including: Wireframes, User stories, Functional and non-functional requirements, Process flows, Technical diagrams, Prototypes
• Develop additional technical documentation such as System Design Specifications and detailed wireframe documents.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, structured, and aligned with business and technical expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• MBA will be considered an added advantage.
• Prior experience in IT Business Analysis will be an added advantage.
