About the job Manager – Documentation Processing

  • Identify required security documentation for approved credit facilities
  • Ensure accurate preparation, checking, and timely dispatch of security documents
  • Record, monitor, and follow up on all dispatched documents, including covenants and conditions
  • Maintain accurate documentation records and productivity updates
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction
  • Support operational effectiveness through regular communication and coordination with the Unit Manager
  • Drive automation initiatives and support special projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation and processing matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
  • Hands-on experience as a Relationship Officer or Credit Officer in Corporate or SME Banking
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at Deputy Manager or Manager level
  • Degree or full/part qualification in Banking or Finance (AIB, CIB, ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent)

Required Skills

  • Strong processing and documentation management background
  • Good understanding of credit and lending functions within a banking environment
  • Knowledge of security documentation, mortgages, and legal aspects of lending
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a centralized processing environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
