Executive Butler
About the job Executive Butler
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
- Welcome and assist VIP guests during check-in and check-out
- Coordinate guest requests promptly with relevant departments
- Arrange dining reservations, transportation, excursions, and special requests
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, or villas are prepared according to guest preferences and luxury standards
- Assist guests with packing, unpacking, wardrobe arrangements, and special services when required
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
- Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and record guest preferences to deliver personalized experiences
- Coordinate celebrations, special occasions, and customized guest experiences
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Build strong guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments
- Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or VIP Services Associate is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
- Good command of English; additional languages will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
- Ability to manage VIP guest expectations professionally
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Experience handling international guests
- Familiarity with hotel systems and guest service procedures
