About the job Executive Butler

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
  • Welcome and assist VIP guests during check-in and check-out
  • Coordinate guest requests promptly with relevant departments
  • Arrange dining reservations, transportation, excursions, and special requests
  • Ensure guest rooms, suites, or villas are prepared according to guest preferences and luxury standards
  • Assist guests with packing, unpacking, wardrobe arrangements, and special services when required
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and record guest preferences to deliver personalized experiences
  • Coordinate celebrations, special occasions, and customized guest experiences
  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with luxury hospitality standards
  • Build strong guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits

Requirements

  • Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments
  • Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or VIP Services Associate is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional grooming and presentation standards
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Good command of English; additional languages will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
  • Ability to manage VIP guest expectations professionally
  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills
  • Experience handling international guests
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and guest service procedures
