- Manage both inbound and outbound leads efficiently.

- Understand product features and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Support and participate in product demonstrations when required.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within IT, software, or service-based industries.
- Strong lead nurturing, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with focus on revenue growth.
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts.
- Ability to comprehend and clearly explain product functionality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
