Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within IT, software, or service-based industries.
  • Strong lead nurturing, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with focus on revenue growth.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts.
  • Ability to comprehend and clearly explain product functionality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
