IAM Manager

• Lead IAM implementations and integrations across enterprise applications and cloud platforms
• Design, implement, and enforce access control policies and role-based access models
• Perform complex access reviews and generate compliance reports for SOX, PCI, and internal audits
• Support regulatory and audit requirements related to identity and access management
• Mentor junior IAM engineers and provide technical guidance on IAM best practices
• Collaborate with PAM, SOC, and security architecture teams on Zero Trust initiatives
• Ensure proper identity lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to IAM processes and controls
• Maintain documentation for IAM configurations, policies, and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement of IAM security frameworks and tooling

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or access management roles
• Strong understanding of cloud IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt and Microsoft Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management tools such as CyberArk
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools including SIEM platforms
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI, and internal audit standards
• Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers

Preferred Certifications & Skills

• Saviynt certification or equivalent IAM platform certification
• CISSP or other relevant security certifications (preferred)
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern security architectures
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security models
