Senior Software Engineer – Finacle Development

• Design and develop the frontend application layer while contributing to backend and API development within the Core Banking System (Finacle).
• Modify, update, and maintain database components related to Core Banking operations.
• Produce high-quality, stable, and maintainable code by adhering to established software engineering best practices.
• Drive the design and implementation of modern, user-centric interfaces aligned with next-generation platform standards.
• Implement system enhancements, modifications, and bug fixes based on feedback from Project Managers, QA Engineers, Business Users, and System Auditors.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with Core Banking standards.

Requirements

• Fully or partially qualified / currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT from a recognized university, or a Certificate in IT from the British Computer Society (BCS).
• Experience in Branch Banking, Credit Operations, or Trade Services.
• Strong knowledge of Finacle scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Finacle Integrator or API development.
• Knowledge of Linux and Oracle with strong troubleshooting skills will be considered an added advantage.
• Knowledge of database queries and reporting tools (PL/SQL, SQL, MRT, COM).
• Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
