AI Solutions Architect

Technical Enablement

• Design and deliver technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and training programs for developers, architects, and engineering leaders
• Guide customers on AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, code generation, debugging, testing, and refactoring techniques
• Develop enablement materials, best practices, technical guides, and documentation
• Support organizations in adopting AI-powered development workflows and engineering practices

Customer Success & Consulting

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Provide technical consulting and recommendations for integrating AI-assisted development tools into existing engineering workflows
• Support pilot implementations, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise rollouts
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on platform usage and optimization
• Help customers achieve measurable improvements in developer productivity and software quality

Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal product teams
• Gather customer feedback, identify product enhancement opportunities, and communicate market needs
• Drive customer adoption and long-term success through continuous engagement and enablement
• Create knowledge-sharing resources and self-service materials to improve customer independence

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Present technical concepts and business value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Around 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Developer Enablement, Technical Consulting, or related roles
• Strong hands-on development experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, Python, or similar stacks
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering concepts
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering technical workshops, bootcamps, or enterprise training programs
• Background in Solution Architecture, Platform Consulting, Developer Advocacy, or Customer Success Engineering
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives
• Understanding of modern AI technologies, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience working with global customers and distributed teams
