  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, AngularJS, and Angular
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
  • Collaborate with Sweden-based product and development teams to deliver business-critical applications
  • Review, optimize, and refactor code to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to development teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and technical reviews
  • Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Drive software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality initiatives
  • Support CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and deployment activities
  • Contribute to framework and platform enhancements across multiple products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, AngularJS, and Angular
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Entity Framework, XML Schema, and Web APIs
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development
  • Experience in ERP, HR, or large-scale business applications
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives
