Full Stack Engineer

• Developing and checking software to ensure that it meets user specifications.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
• Monitoring software and troubleshooting issues as well as optimize performance
• Documenting work process for archiving.
• Create technical documentation and training materials to support the implementation and use of software programs
• Writing and submitting progress reports.
• Staying updated on technology trends.
• Manage assigned projects within set timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
• Reports to the CEO and General Manager
• Readiness to perform Ad Hoc and other related tasks

Requirements

• Has a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Has at least three (3) years working experience as Software Developer
• Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in a Shared Services environment is an advantage.
• Work with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle or Datavers and Power Platforms.
• Proficient in ERP systems with a basic knowledge of the tools of trade used in the job.
• Must be familiar with using ASP.Net Core for the API back-end and Angular for the front-end, and familiar with various computer languages, such as C++, Python, Java, PHP, XML, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Familiar with various operating systems, such as Linux, Solaris, HPUX, BSD, Mac OS X, and Windows.
• Willingness to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
