Lead Systems Engineer

• Configure, manage, and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal
  performance, security, and system availability for Transaction Banking
  client integrations.
• Provide technical support during system development, implementation, go-live, and post-production phases.
• Monitor infrastructure continuously to ensure reliability and stability of integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Execute system upgrades and enhancements to maintain performance standards.
• Ensure smooth go-live processes and post-implementation support for client integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
• Align technical solutions with organizational objectives and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with multiple operating systems and related applications.
• Hands-on experience with Payment Card systems and associated platforms.
• MBA or MSc in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
