  • Apply negotiation skills to close sales and retain customers.
  • Achieve individual performance targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle international or global customers with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service via voice support.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and negotiation.
  • Experience handling international or global customers is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during UK working hours on a roster basis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications is an advantage.
