About the job Technical Lead – Customer Solutions

  • Design and provide technical guidance for developing customer integrations for TXB across multiple channels, including Biller SVR, SVC, ESB, Connector, CDM, CRM, Core Banking, and Cheque Deposit systems.
  • Develop customized solutions based on individual client requirements in collaboration with the Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Business Teams, and clients.
  • Lead technical governance initiatives to ensure solution quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
  • Ensure solutions are designed and developed in line with established frameworks, best practices, and organizational standards.
  • Provide technical support to Development, QA, and Project Management teams to resolve complex issues and mitigate technical risks.
  • Guide teams in building reusable components and standardizing solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and minimize rework.
  • Oversee architectural integrity and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of implemented solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized university or professional body, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to design and architect solutions while guiding Development and Business Analyst teams.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in development languages, front-end technologies, middleware, backend systems, APIs, and modern DevOps-related tools and technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong documentation skills for processes, architecture designs, and technical decisions.
  • MBA or MSc in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
