Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Middle East recruitment market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR teams, and decision-makers.
  • Generate job orders and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Manage the full business development cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Support basic marketing activities such as preparing proposals, company profiles, and presentations when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using internal tools.
  • Work closely with management to develop strategies for market entry and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or HR services. ( Freshers with strong daily sales experience and a passion for client engagement are also encouraged to apply. )
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with companies in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc.).
  • Proven record in meeting sales targets or daily sales KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with recruitment industry practices will be an added advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Middle Eastern clients or markets.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing or employer branding.
  • Ability to handle CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach.
