About the job Business Development & Partnerships Lead

  • Build and manage relationships with HR, L&D, Admin, Compliance, and Operations leaders across organisations
  • Proactively reach out to organisations to introduce relevant training programs
  • Coordinate meetings and introductory calls for senior facilitators
  • Convert organisational interest into confirmed workshop registrations and corporate group bookings
  • Work with professional institutes, chambers, and partners to promote programs
  • Follow up professionally and consistently with potential clients
    Maintain a simple CRM / tracker of outreach, responses, and conversations
  • Support workshop coordination (registrations, confirmations, basic logistics)

    Requirements

  • Are comfortable speaking to mid-senior and senior professionals
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Are organised, persistent, and good at follow-ups
  • Understand how corporate decision-making works
  • Prefer relationship building over aggressive selling
  • Can work independently and take ownership
  • Experience in one or more of the following is ideal:
    Corporate training / professional education
    HR services, recruitment, or L&D coordination
    Consulting firm business development or client engagement
    Professional institutes or industry associations
    Banking / corporate administration / training units
