Business Development & Partnerships Lead
About the job Business Development & Partnerships Lead
- Build and manage relationships with HR, L&D, Admin, Compliance, and Operations leaders across organisations
- Proactively reach out to organisations to introduce relevant training programs
- Coordinate meetings and introductory calls for senior facilitators
- Convert organisational interest into confirmed workshop registrations and corporate group bookings
- Work with professional institutes, chambers, and partners to promote programs
- Follow up professionally and consistently with potential clients
Maintain a simple CRM / tracker of outreach, responses, and conversations - Support workshop coordination (registrations, confirmations, basic logistics)
Requirements - Are comfortable speaking to mid-senior and senior professionals
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Are organised, persistent, and good at follow-ups
- Understand how corporate decision-making works
- Prefer relationship building over aggressive selling
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Experience in one or more of the following is ideal:
Corporate training / professional education
HR services, recruitment, or L&D coordination
Consulting firm business development or client engagement
Professional institutes or industry associations
Banking / corporate administration / training units
