Strategic Delivery & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of a structured delivery roadmap for Challenger Brands and PCW relationships.
- Collaborate with commercial, trading, product, and marketing teams to turn business priorities into actionable initiatives.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept and discovery through design and delivery, ensuring measurable commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve Challenger Brand performance by enhancing acquisition, conversion rates, and retention outcomes.
Price Comparison Website (PCW) Management
- Serve as the main contact partners, ensuring strong working relationships and performance growth.
- Develop strategies to improve visibility, competitiveness, and conversion for Challenger Brands across comparison channels.
- Partner with data teams to analyze performance, identify patterns, and implement enhancements to maximize ROI.
- Ensure PCW listings and journeys comply with regulatory and industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal trading, product, marketing, and technology teams to align initiatives to broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with external PCW partners on joint improvement initiatives and performance optimisation.
- Present regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders covering progress, performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
Project & Portfolio Management
- Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to commercial priorities.
- Anticipate and resolve risks, dependencies, and barriers to progress.
- Apply structured governance and reporting mechanisms to maintain visibility of status and key results.
Industry Knowledge & Market Insight
- Apply detailed expertise in travel insurance and wider insurance sectors to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor market behaviour, competitor activities, and PCW industry changes to maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with pricing and product teams to refine offerings for comparison channels.
Requirements
- Must work UK business hours and days with excellent English communication.
- Extensive background in travel insurance and/or insurance markets, with sound understanding of PCW and comparison channel dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to turn commercial strategies into structured delivery plans.
- Strong commercial skills with proven delivery of acquisition, engagement, retention, and renewal outcomes.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects across commercial, trading, product, and marketing divisions.
- Hands-on experience managing PCW relationships along with optimization expertise.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing ability, including working with senior leaders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset capable of defining success metrics, tracking performance, and driving improvement through data.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with a focus on successful execution.
Desirable
- Experience within multi-brand environments or group-based organisations.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and product-based delivery.
- Knowledge of customer experience and digital transformation approaches.
