About the job General Manager - Country Club (Pool Club)

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pool club, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across all touch points
  • Lead, train, and supervise cross-functional teams including service staff, bar personnel, and lifeguards to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to pool safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and all relevant health and safety compliance standards
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing  feedback and resolving concerns in a professional manner
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, promotions, and curated poolside experiences to enhance guest engagement and revenue
  • Manage inventory, control operational costs, and monitor budgets to ensure profitability and financial efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service quality, operational processes, and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of total industry experience, with 3–5 years of
    relevant experience managing a pool club, beach club, or similar
    leisure/hospitality outlet
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end operations of a leisure or
    hospitality venue, including service delivery, team management, safety
    compliance, events, and financial performance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams while maintaining high service standards
  • Strong communication and guest engagement capabilities with a customer-first mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of pool safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue through promotions and events
  • Energetic, well-presented, and highly service-oriented with a passion for hospitality excellence
