Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

• Define and enforce QA standards in alignment with banking regulations, ISO frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Plan, lead, and execute comprehensive testing cycles including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing for core banking applications.
• Ensure protection of sensitive financial and customer data during QA activities, complying with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage QA teams, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and audit readiness in QA practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality standards across projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation and Performance Testing.
• Exposure to the Banking or Finance industry is an added advantage.
• Strong IT technical expertise, including tools and frameworks used in QA practices.
