Project Manager

• Plan, manage, execute, and monitor key IT projects related to Transaction Banking company integrations throughout the full project lifecycle — from business requirement gathering to Go Live.
• Coordinate and track tasks assigned by department management to ensure timely completion within program timelines.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes effectively.
• Oversee communication management and ensure consistent stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, Sampath Bank leadership, and internal project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Management, or Project Management from a recognized university, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Prior project management experience is an added advantage.
