Azure Cloud Architect

• Define the target-state Azure architecture for SaaS-based workloads.
• Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) strategies using Terraform and Azure Service Operator (ASO).
• Establish and govern GitOps-based deployment models using tools such as FluxCD and Helm.
• Design multi-environment SDLC architecture, including primary and disaster recovery (DR) environments.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) strategies, including failover and failback mechanisms.
• Define and implement cross-cloud connectivity models between GCP and Azure using VPN or ExpressRoute.
• Ensure adherence to Azure best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Provide architectural governance and oversight for CI/CD transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure smooth migration and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 8-10 + years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or related technology domains.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing Azure cloud architectures.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and GitOps-based deployment patterns.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects, particularly from GCP to Azure.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Strong experience in designing high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures.
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, including hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
