About the job Head of Delivery
- Lead and oversee multiple large-scale technical programs and digital transformation initiatives across global clients
- Own end-to-end delivery of the program portfolio, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and financial targets are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for global clients, managing senior-level communication, escalations, and expectations
- Drive portfolio-level financial performance, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and cost control
- Establish, track, and continuously improve SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, program reviews, and escalation calls
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issues across programs
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery and program management teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric delivery
- Ensure consistent delivery standards, processes, and best practices across all programs
- Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and client expansion opportunities
Requirements
- 15–20+ years of experience in technical program delivery, portfolio management, or digital transformation leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stream programs for global clients
- Strong exposure to US and European markets, with experience working across distributed and cross-cultural teams
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing program and portfolio-level P&L, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale delivery teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience defining and driving SLAs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and delivery metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a delivery-focused mindset
- Experience working in hybrid or global delivery models
