About the job Head of Delivery

  • Lead and oversee multiple large-scale technical programs and digital transformation initiatives across global clients
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the program portfolio, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and financial targets are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global clients, managing senior-level communication, escalations, and expectations
  • Drive portfolio-level financial performance, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and cost control
  • Establish, track, and continuously improve SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, program reviews, and escalation calls
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issues across programs
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery and program management teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric delivery
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards, processes, and best practices across all programs
  • Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and client expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 15–20+ years of experience in technical program delivery, portfolio management, or digital transformation leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stream programs for global clients
  • Strong exposure to US and European markets, with experience working across distributed and cross-cultural teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing program and portfolio-level P&L, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale delivery teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience defining and driving SLAs, KPIs, governance frameworks, and delivery metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a delivery-focused mindset
  • Experience working in hybrid or global delivery models
