Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cruise Coordinators. In this remote position, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, and group travel.

This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about cruises, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a self-managed environment. Prior travel industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand cruise preferences, budgets, and needs
• Research and recommend cruise options, including flights and accommodations
• Book and manage cruise reservations using supplier platforms
• Provide accurate pricing, itineraries, and cruise documentation
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after the cruise
• Stay informed on cruise trends, supplier updates, and industry policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with using digital booking tools and online systems
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
• No previous travel industry experience required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
