We are looking for a teammate for "Ayazağa Central Warehouse"

What You'll Be Doing?

• Managing and monitoring the quality processes of warehouses and, if necessary, taking corrective actions. Ensuring the control, monitoring, reporting, improvement, and continuous development of all processes carried out in line with quality principles, from the goods acceptance stage to the end consumer.
• Monitor and control goods receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and shipping processes in accordance with quality processes for product safety.

• Conduct inspections and controls in warehouses.

• Report and analyze KPIs for quality issues.

• Providing training to field personnel as needed to improve their quality and food safety knowledge

• Following cold chain practices in warehouses

• Following warehouse cleaning plans and coordinating employee training

• Adopting a proactive approach to effectively execute internal processes across all warehouses, stores, and units within the company, ensuring communication and coordination

• Defining and updating specific quality procedures, instructions, and tools

  directly related to their areas of interest
• Taking an active role in the continuous improvement of the quality process

• Communicating quality issues and solutions between departments

• Staying current on food safety regulations and industry trends

• Performing other quality-related duties

Qualifications

• University degree in Food Engineering or related department

• Min 2 years experience in quality department, preferably in retail sector

• Quickly adapting Getir’s business activities and working methods

• Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel

• Preferably proficiency in English

• Being store and customer focused

• A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to travel, driving license required
