What You'll Be Doing?

Transformation Projects:

• Lead Transformation Agenda: Oversee and manage business transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, enhancing the company's capabilities, and designing and rolling out new ideas

• Strategy Development & Facilitation: Present data-driven insights and facilitate strategic discussions with leadership

• Performance Tracking & Evaluation: Monitor the performance of the company and the strategic initiatives, and help developing and taking actions when necessary.

Strategy Planning and Business Plan Creation:

• Support Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic plan

• Link Strategy with Budget: Work with Finance to ensure strategic priorities align with the operating plan and budget

• Financial Modeling & Projections: Support financial modeling, forecasts, and business projections to ensure business plans are well-supported by data

Board Engagement:

• Content Development & Support: Prepare and organize content for board interactions, ensuring materials are clear and actionable

• Ongoing Board Updates: Provide regular updates on the company's progress toward strategic goals, offering insights and recommendations

What You'll Bring?

• Love to analyze detailed data and building meaningful insights out of them

• Aware that presenting insights and data visualization are as much as, sometimes more important than information itself
• Fanatically curious, always bring new questions and keep up until finding the answers

• Incredibly persistent when it comes to following up and completing tasks

• Eager to work in cross-functional settings

• Familiar to digital B2C business model and its nature

• Passionate for working in a dynamic startup environment

• Proactive and initiative taker

• Hunger to learn and relearn

• 1-5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting or corporate strategy
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking

• Advanced use of PowerPoint and Excel
