What Youll Do

  • Execute daily campaign operations in corporation w/ growth and commercial teams
  • Close follow up and monitor daily growth operations & campaign and communication performance
  • Manage promotions while optimizing for an efficient promotion set-up
  • Working closely with the marketing team to accurately communicate campaign needs and manage partnership campaigns
  • Finding solutions and short-cuts to improve the operational work, working with the product team
  • Working closely with product team to keep track the sales & technology related improvements
  • Working closely with sales managers and sales representatives to understand the needs of sales team
  • Managing in-app areas to attract customers and increase conversion (tag, banner, sliding area) and creating new ideas about these fields
  • Managing the operations of common areas (such as landing page) within Getir app with the teams in other Getir verticals
  • Disregard the existence of the box when finding solutions

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth, campaign management, or digital marketing preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and sharp personality with excellent communication skills
  • An analyze first, act second mindset
  • Fast learner with strong decision-making ability under pressure
  • Dedication to achieving short-term goals while keeping a long-term vision
  • A curious and questioning mindset that challenges established practices
